Bettina Zimei Director of Advisor Integration

Bettina spent more than 20 years managing the office for a small business before becoming a Partner at an independent financial planning and wealth management firm, Hemlock Creek Wealth Management, in 2019. This background laid the groundwork for her to join Maplewood Investments when the firm became affiliated with the Blueprint family of companies in 2024.

She is wired to be intentional and methodical when making decisions in life, which is valuable because Bettina is adept at putting herself in a client’s shoes. She constantly seeks to ensure clients are given the information, resources, time, and attention they need to make important decisions about their financial futures.

This spirit of servant leadership is one she learned from watching the actions of her father, who was a police officer.

Her past experiences – both professionally and as a mom of three boys – has required her to become highly organized and skilled at keeping all the trains running on time.

Bettina enjoys spending time outdoors and surrounded by the people she loves – a group that includes her three sons, Marty, Rocco, and Jacoby. She also views every day as an opportunity to become a better version of herself, which ties into her passion for marathon running. She’s completed several already, and usually has one or two on the calendar for the future. Her favorite so far has been the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington, DC, but she’s also raced in Chicago, IL, and in White Mountains of New Hampshire. She qualified for the Boston Marathon for the first time in 2024.
