Dan Dooley President
Dan co-founded Maplewood Investments in 2000 with Cynthia Besek.
In addition to providing personalized investment advice for a select group of clients, he supports the management of the firm overall.
Maplewood Investments has long maintained active participation in the regulatory community, including Dan serving on the FINRA District 6 Committee twice. He also held the Chairman title of that Committee in 2000. Additionally, he has served on both national and local committees through the years.
Dan began his career in the financial service industry in 1987 at May Financial Corporation, where he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of the Correspondent Clearing Division. Prior to joining the financial services industry, he was in public accounting.
Dan earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Baylor University.
He and his wife Cari are native Texans, have a daughter, and reside in Dallas.
