Scott Victor Director of Broker-Dealer Operations

Scott focuses on using and implementing systems, technology, and data to support the work financial professionals do every day. His goal is to ensure the tools and information behind the scenes are clear, connected, and reliable so financial professionals can stay focused on their clients.

He works closely with cross-functional team members to improve data visibility, strengthen system connectivity, and support the technology that powers Maplewood Investments.

When he joined the Maplewood Investments team in 2026, Scott brought more than 15 years of experience in financial services, which spans operations, technology, marketing, accounting, and compliance. His previous firms include BlackRock, Equinox Funds, and Ampersand Investment Management. At each, he worked with data, reporting, and systems that support firm-wide operations and growth.

Scott earned a bachelor’s in business management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s in finance from the University of Rochester.

Scott is originally from Cleveland, OH, where he grew up and much of his family resides today. He now lives in Charlotte, NC, where he moved in early 2026. He enjoys being close to everything the city has to offer. On weekends, you will often find him at Bank of America Stadium watching a Charlotte Football Club or Carolina Panthers game, while still keeping up with his Cleveland sports teams and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
